Terms of Service
Effective date: September 29, 2026
These terms apply to marketing services provided by L7 Idea Growth Lab (“L7,” “we,” “us”) to you (“Client,” “you”). Your plan, price and scope are set out in your written proposal or service agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
1. Month-to-month service
Services run month to month. There is no long-term contract. Either party may cancel by giving written notice before the next billing period, as set out in your service agreement. Fees already paid for the current month are not refunded unless your agreement or a written guarantee says otherwise.
2. Fees
You pay the monthly management fee for your plan as stated in your service agreement. Prices may differ by market size and competition. We'll give you written notice before any price change takes effect.
3. Advertising spend
Ad spend (for example, Google Ads) is not included in our fees. You pay it directly to the ad platform from an account in your name, using your own payment method. You set the budget; we manage the campaigns within it.
4. You own your accounts and assets
Your domain, website, website content created for you, Google Business Profile, Google Ads account, analytics accounts, tracking data and lead data belong to you and are held in your name. We are added as a manager or user. When services end, we remove our access and help transfer anything still needed. Tools, templates and know-how we used before or outside your project remain ours, but you may keep using everything that is part of your website and accounts.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give us the access, information and approvals we ask for, on time.
- Make sure the facts, prices, licenses, photos and claims you give us are accurate and that you have the right to use them.
- Respond to leads. How fast and how well you follow up affects results.
6. No guaranteed rankings or results
No one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google, and we don't. Leads, sales and rankings depend on factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, reviews, ad budget, competitors, search-engine changes and your own sales process. We don't promise specific lead counts, rankings or revenue.
7. Guarantees
Any guarantee we offer applies only as written in your proposal or service agreement, and only to things we control.
8. Confidentiality
We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to provide our services. We won't publish your results or name without your written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, L7 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the management fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
10. Disclaimer
Services are provided as described in your agreement. Except as stated there, we make no other warranties, express or implied.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state named in your service agreement.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes don't affect a signed service agreement unless both parties agree in writing.
