Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 29, 2026
This policy explains what information L7 Idea Growth Lab (“L7,” “we,” “us”) collects through www.l7ideagrowthlab.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you request an audit, you give us your name, mobile phone number, email address, where you build (city and state), your website if you have one, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.
Advertising and campaign details
If you arrive from an ad or a tracked link, our forms also send the campaign details from that link (such as the Google click ID — gclid, gbraid or wbraid — and UTM source, medium, campaign, term and content) plus the page you submitted from. We store these details in your browser (cookies and local storage) for up to 90 days so we can tell which ad or campaign brought you to us.
Phone calls
If you call us, we receive your phone number and the time and length of the call. If we use a Google call-tracking number, Google also processes call details (such as caller area code, call start time and duration) to measure ad performance.
Usage information
Like most websites, we collect information about how you use the site — pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location based on IP address, and referring pages — through Google Analytics.
How form submissions are handled
Our forms are processed by Formspree, a form-processing service that receives your submission and forwards it to us by email. Formspree handles that data under its own privacy policy.
Cookies, Google Analytics and Google Ads
We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics and Google Ads tags. These use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Measure the site (Google Analytics): which pages are visited and how people use them.
- Measure ad conversions (Google Ads conversion tracking): whether an ad click led to a form submission or phone call.
- Show you our ads later (Google Ads remarketing): our ads may appear to you on other sites and apps after you visit ours.
- Enhanced conversions: when you submit a form, a one-way hashed (encrypted) version of your email address and phone number is sent to Google so it can match your submission to an ad interaction. Google does not receive these in readable form.
Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can turn off personalized ads at adssettings.google.com and opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Text messages (SMS)
We only text you if you check the text-message box on our form. We use texts to follow up about your audit and your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to texts isn't a condition of any purchase. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.
How we use information
- To record and send your audit and respond to your inquiry.
- To provide, manage and bill for our services if you become a client.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
- To comply with the law and protect our rights.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (such as Formspree, Google, and our email and text-message providers), when required by law, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business. We do not sell your personal information for money.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry information as long as needed to respond to you and follow up, and client information for as long as we work together and as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Campaign details stored in your browser expire after 90 days.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] with your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we'll honor them as those laws require.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the use of your information for targeted advertising in that browser, and our site turns off ad personalization and the sharing of form data with Google for ad matching.
Children
This site is for business owners. It isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
